Pasture Raised Heritage Turkey (Deposit)


We organically raise pastured Beltsville Small White turkeys, which yield a smaller bird (9 lbs. to 12 lbs.) for your Thanksgiving table.

  • Whole bird (includes giblets): $5.25 /lb.
  • Whole turkey cut into pieces: $7.99/lb (2 boneless breasts, 2 leg/thigh quarters, 2 wings, back, giblets).

We’ll typically keep the larger birds, 10-12¬†lbs. available for whole Thanksgiving birds. The smaller¬†turkeys (9 – 10 lbs.), make great cutup options to enjoy turkey all year long. Dry brined and smoked is a preferred way to eat these turkeys in the Badger house.

You’re providing a $20 deposit per turkey ordered. The balance of your order will be due when you pick up the turkey and will be based on the actual weight of the bird. When you place your order, use the “Notes” field to indicate how many of the turkeys you would like cut up.
