Farm Market Products

All farm market products (chicken, pork, and other products) are available for pickup on scheduled days at the farm or at a designated delivery date. Everything needs to be pre-ordered. If you are purchasing individual chickens or turkeys or bulk pork (by the 1/2, e.g.,) the online store collects deposits only. You’ll be invoiced the balance of your order on delivery. We do not ship any meat.

Poultry Man Poultry Processing Equipment and Grills

We ship all Poultry Man processing equipment and stationary charcoal grills via freight from Mifflinburg, PA. The prices listed at millsidefarm.com do not include shipping. If you purchase online without obtaining a shipping quote, you will be invoiced for the shipping amount, which must be paid prior to shipping your order. We need to know if your address is classified as a business address or a residential address by the United States Post Office. Obtain a shipping on processing equipment or stationary grills.

All Poultry Man equipment is available for pickup by you from Mifflinburg or Hughesville, PA by appointment. Hughesville pickup may incur a handling fee. A delivery option is available for $2.00 a loaded mile from Mifflinburg, PA. Final estimate based on the circumstances of the delivery.

Orders typically ship within 2 weeks of a paid order. During the spring rush, the shipping times may exceed 2 weeks. Feel free to inquire about availability, but we cannot “rush” orders. They are manufactured and fulfilled in the order they are received. The Poultry Man equipment is manufactured as ordered by Mennonite farmers for farmers with limited inventory available throughout the season.

We do not ship the mobile pig roasters and towable multi-pit grills. They are available for local pickup only.

All Featherman products ship from Jamesport, MO. The prices listed on millsidefarm.com do include shipping. The Featherman equipment is not available for pickup. Orders typically ship within a week.

Chicken Crates

Crates are available for pickup only from Hughesville, PA. Until you see differently, assume individual chicken crates are not available for shipping. If you want eight or more wooden crates, we can obtain a freight quote from Fedex.
