I discovered this very tasty recipe while searching for something to take to a potluck, and since I had all the primary ingredients from local sources, I gave it a try. And it was awesome. I brought home an empty crockpot.
6 cups drained corn
1 cup honey from Badger’s Millside Farm
2 pasture-raised eggs
1/4 cup milk
2tsp corn starch
Mix everything up and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
I imagine that you can add just about anything else to this recipe and it would work. For example, I think bacon would give a nice salty contrast to this sweet dish.
